Jakarta, Kompas – Dari kebutuhan pembentukan 457 Panitia Pengawas atau Panwas Pemilu kabupaten/kota dan 33 Panwas Pemilu provinsi, Badan Pengawas Pemilu atau Bawaslu baru siap membentuk 33 Panwas Pemilu. Belum terbentuknya sebagian besar Panwas Pemilu ini membuat proses verifikasi faktual partai politik dan pemutakhiran data pemilih akan dilakukan tanpa pengawasan Panwas Pemilu.
